UHBA USA will Rollout Networks in all 50 states – True Nationwide FTTH/O & BWA

During a recent teleconference among iUHBA and UHBA executives, the following decisions have been made:

  1. iUHBA Networks will transfer the full USA nationwide FiberBroadband Strategy (FBS) license to UHBA USA
  2. UHBA USA (the Company) has the mandate to build Fiber To The Home/Office and Broadband Mobile/Wireless Access infrastructures in all 50 states of the USA, aiming at 20 million FTTH/O connections and 20-40 million Broadband Mobile/Wireless subscribers.
  3. This will create a nationwide footprint of future-proof Ultra-High-Bandwidth Access services. The Company will work in close cooperation with the Next Generation Development & Infrastructures Consortium to create truly open access systems.
  4. The Company is willing to cooperate with local operators to enable the implementation of the FBS by these operators outside the Company’s footprint.
  5. The Company will enable local operators to interconnect to the Company’s proprietary infrastructures and systems and allow them to create a bundling of all services.
  6. The Company’s strategy is as following:

1: Create a nationwide Mobile Telephony & Mobile Broadband infrastructure

2: Create a nationwide Broadband Wireless Access Infrastructure

3: Create a nationwide IP CCTV infrastructure and RFID infrastructure

4: Create a nationwide First Responders/ Emergency Communications infrastructure

5: Create a nationwide FTTH/O infrastructure

Certain infrastructures will be built parallel to each other at simultaneous times and periods. Some infrastructures will be built in consecutive order.

The above is an outline and is not final.

More information will shortly be made available on our website: www.iuhba.com
